一致性驗證

• Markdown identity catalog 與 Registry compatibility projection 完全相同。
• Ticker 在 Registry 中獨立保存，但 compatibility projection 仍將其納入 aliases，維持現行行為。
• 現有 alias 衝突與 blocked alias 規則均原樣保存，本階段不做資料清理。
• Registry 採穩定排序及固定 Entity ID；重跑不應產生內容差異。
